Does any one know how long it will take to get passport back form Cic. I have send mine 19th September for PR final step as per requested. Did Not recieve it yet

Do i have to live with spouse during pr application? Bcoz me and my spouse are living different coties. Does it cause any problem in my application?

No, its not necessary...my spouse is residing 10 thousands miles away from me.....

The whole process took 2 to 3 weeks.

Here's my timeline:
Sept. 14, 2016 - Passport sent to Ottawa
Sept. 16, 2016 - CPC received
Sept. 28, 2016 - MyCIC account updated (Application: Closed Final Decision: This application has been approved)
Sept. 30, 2016 - Return tracker activated
Oct. 3, 2016 - Passport with Visa stamped and CoPR received

Called CIC y'day. Was really lucky to come across some nice lady after months. she confirmed that everything including security and stuff has been finalized. They just need to print the final letter and send across. WTH! not sure what're they waiting for to send over the PPR.

I called last Thursday and got the same answer everything has been successfully passed and will hear from them in the early Oct.
Nothing yet, but hopefully we can receive PPR email soon.

Any idea, how myCIC account will be updated if we sent passport in different VISA office based on our residing.

I feel so sorry for those who hasnt received ppr email yet.
I wake up and check this forum to find out if cic officers keep working on ours.
However, from late last week, it seems not nice...:
I will pray hard so we all can get ppr.

I sent mine on 29th as well, tracking package says they received on 3rd Oct Monday.

I always suggest people avoiding weekend while your shipment is in transit...

I called at first hour this morning. Unfortunately, the lady who hung the phone did not show any will to help me; after related her that my WP expire next January, She only told me If I have not reached 16 months yet She could not give me any information about my application.. So Sad.. I'm July 10..I don't know how long We have to wait, this is insane.. Seriously...
