Hello everyone,

I am June 26, 2015 inland applicant. Still did not received PPR, Don't know how long it will take more. Just realize today that my background check status has been change to "In Progress", Anybody have any idea about it, please explain. Thank you in advance.

omg congratulations to you. I bet you will get ppr on Friday. Most time bg in progress means you can get ppr very shortly

Why criminality is still pending? Did you send the pcc late?
What does the gcms notes say about criminality? Any notes logged in file about the review of criminality?

Will see next week (like this many weeks passed but hoping there is a change next week at least as its already stretched too much for June and now July too).

Hi mohan my criminality last update on 9/3/2016 saying criminal decison on hold potential adverse info on my australian driving record .i even called vic roads aus and i asked them whether i have any criminal records and they said aprat from i had some fines in the past and it s already 6 years before and i dont have any points on my license and they also confirmed fines are not a criminal matter these officers actually dont know what a police certificate or driving abstract coz in my gcms in police certificate section they had enter about my driving record in my Australian pcc theres no criminal record and my all pcc are clear.
I submitted my pcc when i send my pr application.apart from that i didnt submit anything since they last updated my file its been almost 5 months and the due date is 25/08/2016 so i hope they will do something about my case and i will see my local mp as well on August beginning.
What is your opinion mohan?

I just checked ECAS.
I am june 8 applicant and nothing has been changed.
However, the page shows
Date modified has been changed from early june to july 15,2016.
I hope they are now working on ours.

it shows same for me. I think it is for system update instead of personal account update
