It's actually not GCMS they just phoned cic to follow up my application and the officer gave these informations thru phone.

how?? Everytime I called them they say if it is within 15 months I have to wait

I am outland CPC Ottawa which take processing aproximately 7 month which will be reach next week.
So why you completely disagree ?????

Hi,

i have a question if someone help me with that. I am planning to travel to my country to visit my family because CIC is sleeping and when they will awake we never know. So if i am in my country and i got a passport request (hopefully), can i submit passport in my country or i have to come back here in Canada and submit it here.
