PNP PR APPLICATION TO FEDERAL CIC - MAY 2014

Well was hoping for passport request but I got another document Request today in my junk mail...Thank God i check it regularly, the third after my application was submitted. I will be sending them tomorrow, but I kept wondering why Can't all the document requests be sent at Once.... CIC is indeed a mystery.....Well amma keep my head up and Pray for a great outcome after all these process....Congrats to those who got PPR......More coming Guys!!! 8)

Would you mind sharing which doc did they requested from u this time ? I thought if the file is once IP on ECAS , CIC don't request docs, really CIC is unpredictable

Where do I even start from...In October they Requested for RCMP Finger prints which was sent and updated, today I got a mail requesting for the 'second Page of the PCC'.

Actually there was no second page, however at the time of processing the PCC the RCMP officer who took my wife's finger print mistakenly processed her finger print for a different item which was not for Landed Immigration. We also received a report of this 'Mistake' document which was stated in the 'correct PCC' but i didn't send it then because it was a document processed in error and they never requested for it.

Now at the last Minute, CIC is suddenly requesting for that Document too. One small error can cause so much confusion and delay.

Howver, I choose to remain positive. Its gonna end well!

Med request 16th July 2014.
ECAS still shows Med received till now and no IP.
RPRF request: Feb 5th although paid since October 2014
Doc request: April 17th for Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669), employment letter, current status in Canada.
Apr 28th, 11.00am: Request for new passport page for my spouse which i already sent.
And 6:20pm: Ready for visa.

And Leed007, don't worry u will get ur passport request today.

And all, this week is good news for us all. Thanks for all ur encouraging words....cheers.

Thanks Tomar, well I have to send the Original documents my Courier, so I am hoping Next week by Gods grace...it will surely end well...Enjoy You new found FREEDOM!!!! 8)

just got an updated ECAS, although haven't sent my passport yet...waiting for my spouse's. ECAS says:

We received your application for permanent residence on May 16, 2014.

We started processing your application on April 27, 2015.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I hope u guys will start receiving good news too!

I know there was a big problem with OPNP applications but I didn't get my MR......

I can assure you there is nothing wrong with your application, its just the way CIC operates thats why your application is showing "application recieved". I'm a Feb 2014 applicant and it took 13 months before my application and many others changed to "in process". So worry not about your application at all, know that you are not the only one in this situation. Your case is not a unique one.

Congrats! It seems they took a very short time to process your file (only couple of weeks).

No Update on my application yet since I sent the documents requested the second day......I hope this chapter of my life closes soon...the wait is very daunting but I have got to be strong......All the best to us all 8)
