The primary applicant is US Citizen. What would be the VO and is it going be a longer wait for us?

VO is not determined by country of citizenship but by country of legal residency. If you're US citizen legally residing in Australia, your VO will be in Australia. I'll assume you're resident in the US. US residents use the Ottawa office just as if you're in Canada.

Nothing New For May 2014 applicants.
I heard that they processed long awaited Jan 2014 applicants.
Any opinions on Express Entry System ?
Do you guys think it may delay our Processing time ?

Nothing has changed on my online status, still says medical received

...noticed actually from posts that they are processing March and April applications...hopefully, the process goes a lil faster coz ours will be next :)... :)

Finally, medical was submitted to CIC last December 23, 2015.
