Who got AOR? Is there anyone from October got their AoR so far? Please friends responding fast. I sent my application on 28th October and same received to CIC Nova Scotia on 4th November 2014.

Two things...
1) There is evidence that timelines differ depending on your provincing of nomination. Certain Ontario PNP applicants are experiencing delay. This is a fact and supported by a recently released CIC ONPNP audit report.
2) For provinces other than Ontario, I have notived delays for files that arrived Sydney later than Sept 5th, 2014. The 60 days to AOR which had been custom has strecthed to something closer to or exceeding 90 days
In summary, there is delay for all, worse for at least one province
