Well, He received mine too. I'm just worried why I had to send it to Nova Scotia. I'm EE FSW, but I got an email to send my newborn baby's document to NOVA. whereas I earlier submitted
my own document online.

I sent my PR application to CIO received by D.Stevenson as per fedex pod. Till now not able to link I am extremely worried because it's already 90 days passed and no luck for linking and AOR. If anyone's application received by the same person then please reply.

EP# is application number , and "X" in the beginning means they have not yet start processing your application but they received it

You need to link your application to your account online to get XEP#

Thanks a lot for your feedbacks..Great help. My application was received by M KRSWDA on 13th oct 2016.Do you know approximately how many working days it will take to link our file? because i tried after 1 business day and said no file found.
