Finally got an email from CPC Ottawa asking for additional docummets PCC, job letter, bank statement nd last 6 mo ths paystub. I'm wondering if they gonna call my employer for inquiry or not. Anyone who has been through this situation? I have already paid my RPRF fees last month. My friends who are waiting for DM or PPR do check your spam folder plz. This is the Final notice for me to submit all the documnets within a month. They sent me the first email almost two months ago but it went in my spam folder. Totally forgot to check it out. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Did u call cic agents before this email and talk about your status or any additional documents?

Hi Randy, there's another way to check but it will take time. You can request the GCMS notes. In the GCMS notes, you will see all the outgoing requests sent by CIC to you. Good luck to you.

I was really paranoid about any email from CIC getting into my spam folder, and one day luckily caught a CIC email that had somehow slipped through to my spam! So I would recommend everyone to be very cautious when it comes to checking your spam folder regularly.

I was lucky enough to get hold on CIC email this time. Calling to CIC agents is waste of time. I'd recommend to make sure woth your representative about all the emails came from immigration and go through them personally

I called CIC today, a really nice guy picked phone, I think he is more professional than others, he took few minutes to go through my case, and told me my case was transferred to Ottawa for finalization, it is very normal time for Ottawa office, he also told me case is great, nothing to worry...no one will forget my case, and nobody is on vocation....lol

Hi gennyquan, what is gcms notes. How its work because im waiting for mine DM or PPR from april2/2015. I called cic agent regarding my file they said they dont need any documents its in process wait for 16 months. Their is any processor so i know may be they send me any email or i misses it. Kindly tell me about GCMS note
