Like lukeqichen, I ordered ATIP/gcms notes. I will just check first if criminality check not done yet, then I will get RCMP record before I leave for vacation.

When will you get your notes?

I have applied for PR in June (o-pnp)and I have sent only Indian police clearance.

Do I need to submit Canadian( RCMP ) police clearance too.

Hi,

You don't need to submit the RCMP clearance until CIC requests it. Once requested you will be allowed 60 days to submit the RCMP clearance.

No, its not required, unless CIC asks for it.

Hello guys,

Can anybody guide me about how to order GCMS notes on a PR application.

All of my friends who applied through OPNP last year got their PR in 8 months but its taking longer for applications submitted this year...

I sent a query email to CIC in last week of Oct. Got their reply today:


"Your file is with our office and is undergoing initial processing. You will be contacted further in due course."

No AOR yet.

Yes. I at sometime thought that they have lost my file or maybe Canadapost never delivered it. Weird thoughts were coming in my mind. But now I am Calm.

Hi all,

My husband application was received through courier on 13th June 2014 @ CIC Nova Scotia. It's been 6months and no AOR yet.

Please my seniors does anyone know what the problem is. Please advice me. We are worried thanks in advance
