This update is not as critical as a lot of you guys are having, but I wanted to share anyway. My ECAS has been updated at some time in the last few days (not sure exactly when because I don't check it daily anymore). The main page now says that the status is "Complete", and a new line has been added when you click through to the details:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 11, 2014.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 30, 2015.
3. We started processing your application on April 30, 2015.
4. We sent you medical instructions on May 7, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
5. Medical results have been received.
6. You entered Canada at the Douglas office on September 30, 2015 and became a Permanent Resident.

There is still no reference to the processing of my PR card, so I'll keep checking ECAS to see if that happens.

Congratulations! I read a lot of people here are already inside of Canada. I have applied to CIC end September 2015 and am still waiting. Did most of you guys enter CA with work permit or how?

I was inside Canada on an IEC open work permit before I applied for provincial nomination. Then I spent time on a visitor / temporary resident visa while waiting for nomination, and then on the closed work permit I was able to get once nominated.

Everyone else that's recently landed should also join us over there to track the waiting time for your PR card. One more thing to wait for, then it's all done.

Yea, The border agent at Coutts was pretty quick (less than 10 min for everything), although he seems a bit mad at first .-. But he didnt even ask if im still working or if i intend to stay in alberta. no interview whatsoever and he only gave me a piece of paper about new pr to read and wait while he signed n finished all the paperworks.

Ahh, and you only landed last week too... and it's the first day of a new month right now.

New theory - there's an ECAS refresh at the start of each month. Can anyone else let us know if their status has changed? Did anyone else notice anything new today?

. Hii Quink. I have exactly same 5 lines in ECAS as yours. They request my medical same may 7 2015. I applied on december 18. I am still waiting for DM. And application is still in process. I saw you completed everything like in september. Do i need to ask CIC why my file is taking this long or what should i do?

My ECAS also shows completed after having entered Canada on Oct 28th, 2015.

I am DEC 19 applicant. Still waiting for DM. No change on ECAS.
What is going on really? it is getting so slow?

I saw some people from DEC 16 to DEC 18 getting DM/PPR. Did anyone after DEC 18 get DM/PPR?

I'm Dec 15 applicate, since August 28 ip till now, nothing update!

December 15 applicant no update either.... it's frustrating specially if ur under restoration status tio ...

December 16th Applicant IP and Updated Schedule A requested 28th August 2015.

I am glad that I am not the only person in this situation as I would be worrying if I was by myself .

The pattern seem to be every two weeks some movement, nothing last week so fingers crossed for this week some good news.
