That is interesting...I don't have this fax number in my request email. it only ask me to mail to the address...I wonder is is because different officer? Should I fax follow your fax number?
 
Can you copy any paste the notice the sent? I will to compare the signature (the attention part) that'show we can verify Iif it's same or not.
 
No more December DM's? Seems strange that I got it but nobody else has yet (not that I'm complaining). :o

Yes Fax to the number as long as you got your UCI they will trace and fill it I guess. Beside it will not hurt to try.

When I got request for additional information. It tells you to mail the info Attn To: SM

In my case, I got an additional document request on last Thursday morning, I filled and FAXED same day and got an IP on Saturday.

Hey Villary, I recommend you to mail the document as well. When I called the CIC, representative clearly told me they will not be sure who received the fax if anything went missing. So its better to mail the document so it will be recorded who received it.
