PNP PR Application: December 28, 2014
Received: December 1, 2014

PR AOR : April 24, 2015
PR UCi/EP April 27, 2015
PR MR APril 29, 2015
PR MR done May 6, 2015


Question:
I lost my status WP on March 12, 2015 and they refused my extension on April 9th. I do not have LMIAa and Offer job.

1- when are my 90 days done?

2- Can i apply for my restoration and send all my documents and email about my permanent resident?

Do not take tension for any reason...its normal this is how we become Canadians part of the game
sometimes, things can go wrong...its alright, okey lets figure things out-
1- what reason did they give you for refusal?
2- your pnp still valid? (if no, do not contact pnp office)
Your restoration status (90 days start the day you get official letter in your cic account) even if you apply for wp on 89 day you are still good...but remember you have stop working immediately

You can even get open work permit, if you have all these things (files # and AOR etc) which you have so you are eligible for open wp...

i apply for extension of my working visa and my wife for study permit but she is back home and i am in CANADA AND SHE WAS REFUSED AS WELL

my PNP expires April 19 and

I APPLIED BEFORE MARCH 12, AND THEY ANSWERED APRIL 9 , I APPLIED AGAIN APRIL 12 . ALL THE APPLICATIONS WERE BASED IN THE STUDY VISA OF MY WIFE , BUT I HAVE NOT APPLIED WITH MY DOCUMENTS. I WILL APPLY WITH MY AOR AND BY MYSELF.

Hey guys!

I received an email today from CIC asking for RCMP pcc and fingerprints but I already submitted these documents with application so do you guys i need to send them again?
Because in their email there is a note which says:
NOTE: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED THIS DOCUMENT, PLEASE DISREGARD THIS REQUEST. WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTION ONCE A VISA OFFICER HAS REVIEWED YOUR APPLICATION.
So i assume i don't need to send the RCMP pcc again!
What do you guys think ?
Need an advice if someone has the same situation like this.

Ah OK, I got excited thinking maybe CIC were working on weekends to try and catch up! Not likely though, LOL!

Definitely call them and ask - that email might be an error. They will tell you what you should do, but I think that if you have any doubt then send it again. But yeah, call first on Monday.
