I see that they received my application on 17 Feb 2015, but I haven't had my AOR.
How long should I wait before trying to contact them?

Is anybody having problems accessing the status of the application online? I've been trying to log in with the UCI and the application number but I still can't see my status! I tried to call them but of course you only get "We are experiencing a high volume of calls and we can't transfer you to an agent at the moment"

Hi kghayesh, don't worry too much about not having access... from what other people have been saying it seems to take about a week before you can access your status on ECAS. I received my EP number on April 30th but only got online access yesterday (May 5th). I think they do a big database update each Tuesday, but keep checking each day and you'll be able to get online soon! If it gets past Tuesday 12th for you and there's still no access, maybe then you should call.

my application rece by cic sydney: 17/12/2014

category: without job offer

untill now i did not recevied any aor or any email from cic ???? i am so scared ?? your application recevied after my application but you got AOR ??? WHAT HAPPED

Please call and confirm with CIC agent that ur file is received and when did they open it ?

They opened my application on April 15th and got AOR on May 5
