Hey, guys. Just a little advice here.

So I got my AOR and they asked for some documents. As I couldn't send it by GCKEY at that moment I sent it by webform, but it's already been around 8 working days and no word from them yet.
Should I send the documents again? Is anyone going through something similar?

Call them,get an agent and they will confirm you that if they have forwarded your documents to the officer

I have had the same - I sent a webform a month or so back and it took around 13 days to receive a reply.

I received Portal 1 and replied last Thursday. last Sunday, I received Portal 1 again and replied again. Now I am still waiting for Portal 2.

Yes, that is the number. Use 3-2-2-4-0 for speaking to the agent.
The earlier the better but it also depends on your luck.
