Dear Friends, I spent some time and collected data of all September '20 applicants (AR) from forum. Pls review attached xls spreadsheet and help to add missing details. If anyone want to add or remove his name from tracking pls advise.

You are really the person that makes the difference. Great Job.

Would you mind doing that for October?

As per your file 8 months is the lead time.

Wow! This is a very clear data, now we can see that it really doesn’t matter wether you are an outland applicant or you have dependents.. Issuance of AOR is just really random or it depends on the officer assigned to your papers, maybe it depends on their mood..?

Does anyone else think AoR timelines will only get slower as we start to progress through September, October, November applications?

My reasoning is most provinces do not start making draws until they received the allocation from the federal government, this happens in around March/April 2020. So first draws at least in Ontario were in around late June, and then again in September and October - this means most of the paper applications that are going to be sent for PNP are going to be received at least in the last quarter of the year.
