I was calling the IRCC the number you provided but it automatically cut the call after following the instructions. Do we have to call several times or have any time point we need to call so that they will pick the call. Thanks.

I did call on around 12 o'clock manitoba time
But you can call 8 o'clock morning ontario time
If dont works then try and try they will pic call

Hello ... I just called to IRCC. Somebody picked my call. However they didn't provide my Temporary file number. They said its too early to provide the temporary file number. However they asked my personal details and they able to update my mailing address.
Hope need to wait a long que to get the actual file number.

Wow........When I called few hours before they said we cant give you now the Temporary file number. How did you proceed? what you ask them?
