According to what they said to me the application received in May will be processed starting next year (but I don't have confirmation online).

I was thinking that could be the most likely but once I read your friend guesses I called ONIP and they deny this assumption. be aware this closure is based on executed quota against the number of applications have been received at the front desk.

Personally, I think once I get my certificate, I won't do anything with it. It makes a lot more sense to wait until I have a year of Canadian experience and then apply through Express Entry. This stream is not made eligible by OINP for Express Entry and paper application can take 15 months to 2 years.

I applied for my application through PNP route (Masters stream) on 27th January. I have still not received my AOR. My friends who have applied on 4th Feb got their AOR. I am really worried. I tried emailing them but got an automated reply. Any suggestions on what should I do now? and is any one on the same boat?

Don't worry, u have waited long enough ... i suggest that to wait another week and go in person
but the great news they start FEB applications. when did your friends got their AOR ? Are you from the same country as your friends ?

My friend sumbitted the OINP app on Feb-9th, and he got the AOR on 13th-Jun.

Same situation here! Submitted my application to the pnp office on Jan.26, 2016. Still waiting for AOR.... I sent an email to them but no reply so far.

WOW. hope my application move in next few days. I submitted on Jan 4th. and AOR on April 18.
