Just made this thread so everyone who received their RPRF request last June 24, 2015 can share their updates and timeline. Mostly are October 2014 applicant. I'm still "Medical results have been received." No IP yet. Thank you.

hi some days ago i have receive an email from NSOI. which is this bellow:
his is to acknowledge receipt of your application to the Nova Scotia Nominee Program – Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry. After a review of your application, it was determined that it is incomplete per the checklist in the NSNP 100 application. Therefore, your application has been closed and is being returned to you via regular mail. As indicated in our guidelines, only complete applications will be assessed.
The following items were missing from your application package:
• Proof of English or French language ability
• An Educational Credential Assessment (ECA), from CIC’s designated agencies for foreign credentials
• Documentation to show work experience match with NOC 2011
my qestion is : if i send this days the ielts certificate and document to show work experience , because the ECA i dont have yet in my hand, do i have any change to pass on the other steps?

I'm confused. Are at Provincial or Federal level?
