Hi there,
I'm in Canada for almost 10y, on 17th July will be exactly 10y, so technically less than 6months. The PNP PR application requires police certificate from countries living for at least 6m (in total) in last 10y.... sooo.... My question is how feasible is for me to skip the hassle of requesting PC for period over 10y ago (what probably would need to be from 2 countries).... technically I wasn't in those countries for 6m too.... Could I just submit letter of explanation instead of PC? I did submitted the PCs when applying for my original Canada study permit (as it was outside Canada), but now I'm applying from within, aka they have my previous PCs on record already....
Any thoughts?
