I am glad you got AOR. I sent my application with only front of my photo without any signature at the back and I am still waiting Goe AOR. I applied in October.

only front side photo is enough , in my application me and my dependents all three uploaded front side only no issues got AOR , anyhow while doing biometrics they will take photos so no worries , you will get AOR soon

In GC key- it says - the January 17, 2024 decision was made- The application is in progress but nothing received officially.
I am not able to log in tracker as the validation code doesn't come through to email. It recognizes everything and shows my email to send the code after entering details, but nothing comes through. I did 10 times at least.
ECAS never worked for me and technical error form submitted to ircc a while ago
Any idea?

What is the portal 1? Portal 2? I just PR Portal access in which I have applied which has the information for the background check- biometrics and all these things. This is the place shows me the decision 17 Jan 2024.

Portal 1 is when you reply back to ircc based on information requested via a pdf, while Portal 2 is when you confirm your presence, update address and upload picture for pr card.
I have replied to the 1 email portal immediately when I received the email on 28 Dec. Still waiting for the second one, should I call them? it has been almost a month
