Your questions is ridiculously broad.

For PNP EE-based, you must satisfy the 67/100 since you still need to create an EE profile for the federal application. For paper-based PNPs, you need to check the province and the stream to which you are applying for. Different provinces have different criteria. For example, there is a separate selection grid for SINP-OID.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I am wondering that if I am selected for SINP-OID, Don't I need to apply in IRCC finally for PR ? If yes, then again there is a requirements to have 67 marks. Is it correct? Please Reply.
Thanks

Hi mate,
Would you please make the process little bit clear. If I apply SINP OID, will they straighaway issue me PR card. ? or i have to apply in other place such as IRCC? Another question is ,will they assess on 'first come first serve' method or will rank on the basis of the applicant's score ?
Much appreciation for your reply.

SINP provides PNP Nomination (Golden Ticket). You have to apply through Paper Base, on the basis of that Nomination to CIC at Nova Scotia. They will provide you PR after 12-16 months. They consider 60 points for OID applicants .
SINP choose applicants on the basis of Complete Application only. Only 60-70% of applicants submit complete Application.
