PNP eligibility shows not eligible with CRS score 415

Hi

In my express entry profile, it shows that I am eligible for Federal skilled worker but not eligible for Provincial Nomination Program.
My CRS score is 415
Could you please let me know how to make myself eligible for the PNP. I have heard people with around 400 CRS have got PNP, but in my case the eligibility status is confusing

PNPs are based on NOC, job offer, CRS score and PNP scores. What is your NOC and what province do you think you are eligible for?

The NOC code is 2174 - Computer programmers and interactive media developers.
Ontario is the province I think is best suited as my job is a software developer
So after entering the express entry pool, do I need to do something explicitly to get the PNP nominated?
I had selected a few provinces while creating the profile, stating I am looking for PNP as well

PNP will show as eligible on your EE profile only when/if you get a nomination from a province dropped on your EE profile and accept it. So you need to track your eligibility for individual provincial nomination programs outside of EE. Usually provinces have their own portals/websites to accept your "nomination application" (which is different than your "permanent residency application") and they invite candidates to apply based on the criteria @Naturgrl mentioned. See steps below:

1. Search for individual provincial nominee programs and see which ones you can qualify for as @Naturgrl said.

2. Go back to your EE profile and make sure those provinces are selected as your provinces of interest. You can select multiple provinces, it doesn't diminish your chances of getting a provincial invitation.

3. You wait for a "notification of interest (NOI)" to drop into your EE message box stating that a province is interested in inviting you.

4. You go to that province's website again and read the instructions on how to apply. They usually ask your EE application number so they can inspect your EE profile and link your nomination certificate to your EE profile automatically if you're nominated. As you can see this application is outside of your EE profile.

5. You follow the province's instructions and hopefully get your nomination certificate. Shortly after you'll receive an automatic selection in your EE profile asking you to either accept or reject the nomination you received.

6. When you click "Accept", you'll now see that "Provincial Nominee Program" shows as "Eligible" on your EE profile. This means you may get invited by IRCC in the next Provincial Nominee Program draw if your CRS is higher than the cut off of that particular draw. You make your "permanent residency" application to IRCC under Express Entry.

If you have selected the provinces ,then you wait. Research PNP programs and see if you are elgibile. Your score for OINP will be too low so look at other provinces. OINP scores are around 460-470. as @ImpatientKangaroo clearly describes the process.

I am clear with the process now. As you suggested I will reconfirm the provinces that matches my NOC code and then check if I have marked them in my profile and then wait
