Please could you guys give me some advice:

I have BC PNP which I got in July 2015
I have a work permit till March 2017(1.5 years) which i was able to get with the PNP approval letter
My PR application is currently still in progress

If my PR application gets refused does this mean my work permit is no longer valid?
At the bottom of the work permit it states my BC PNP number. I understand that BC PNP certificate only lasts 6 months.
I'm wanting to visit family back in the UK in the spring and worried about not being let back in on my return journey.

Thanks
Rich

No, you are entitled to work until your work permit allows.

If it's not inadmissibility issue, e.g. criminal background, medical, you can reapply PR.

You wp won't be expired until Mar 2017, thus you should return before the expiration date of VISA (a tag in your passport).

you PNP nomination is independent of you wp, no worry about that. Be sure to apply for CIC before expiration day, otherwise a recover application is required to PNP program office. BTW, UK seems to be VISA exempt country to Canada?
