Following info is about graduate admission:

There is nothing like registration fee at UoR
If you are accepted at UoR, simple acknowledge your acceptance and inform them that when you will join the university.
There is nothing like registration or seat reservation fee. When you will visit uni after going to Canada, at that time, you need to pay your 1st semester tuition fee before registering for your semester courses.
