After got a positive lmo from a Canadian employer on Aug 2016 my Indian agency applied my pr under ainp through paper based process around 2016, dec. They send all documents to Nova Scotia. It will take min 16 months I found out. Is it true?
My ielts band score was 5.5..am I eligible to go under express entry? As I have asked my agency, but not finding any good response.

But I want
to go to Canada very soon. So if I find another employer and they give me a lmo, (because my previous Lmo expired.)can I apply for my work visa from india?

Not true. Nowadays NDVO is very fast. You can get PPR within 8-10 months, as well they give priority to With job offer candidates. This is not good to miss this opportunity, because PNP nomination is the strongest.
You can't apply for EE, min. 6 bands necessary overall as well as Individual.
Searching Job offer for Canada from India is tough.

My agency have taken and blocked a huge fund from me since Nov because they are telling they have to show it to cic. Because they are sending me through Comp. Sponcership. They don't allow me to keep my fund at my account and show it to cic..are they true?

They have arranged a job for me. I just signed my lmo as if I received it. But they haven't handed me any dox. But I don't know the lmo was genuine or not. Bcoz they tell a lot of lies. I don't know a real lmo,how it look like.

If they are asking for money - it's almost certainly fake and a scam. Did the employer interview you for the job?

No. They just asked me to sign the lmo as I received it. They have told me the clear my blocked money within April. I need to know when an agency is processing any case, are they hand over step by step every document or they do it at the end of d process!!

Something is fishy Paayel..not clear..First of all why have they blocked your funds apart from agency fees..I have no idea about lmo..Let experts answers

I have a friend in India and he is also going through the same lmo request process from an immigration lawyer in Canada itself. His documents have been submitted and the funds were supposed to be arranged in his bank account itself. From what i can understand, this agency is duping you of your hard earned money!

Please forfeit your money and start afresh.

I'm just waiting for 20th April. But I need to know if I get another employer, am I eligible to get another lmo ? Or get work visa? As they have applied under arranged employment pnp pr..i am thinking that they are Fraud people..so try by my own.. If I get work visa my plan is to stay and work in Canada and after a year or two.. Apply my pr under experience class visa. Is that possible?? Or simply I will go with visitors visa.. Search for a job.. When I find one.. I come back with lmo..and apply for work visa.. Is is possible buddy...

If u r outland, then all these things useless. These things only suitable for inlanders . You must think about SINP EE or OID Category.

My agency told me that they have applied for ainp or around end of Jan. So can you tell me when I can expect my pnp.after get pnp am I eligible to apply for work visa or have to wait till my pr come. How long approx I have to wait to land there. Any idea??
