Yup Saki u right, i will send them every thing, but can you explain me one thing, as ahmed said email them, my question is do i need to send all documents in the email with the appeal? even i am sending them every thing through Registerd Mail

Hi

Send them all the documents in the email and in the end of the email mention that you are sending a hard copy as well. If you send everything in email they will act quicker otherwise they will wait for post which could take few days and you dont want to loose time because the more time you loose the chances of re-opening the case get low.

Cheers

Can you also include DOCUMENTATION to SHOW DETAILS OF when it operated, was it accredited and date of CLOSURE of the University. This will further back up your wife's attendance four years before that date. Is there anything online about it? Do you have any pictures showing the University and its name with your wife in them, perhaps graduation day (oh that would be a strike of luck)? Wish you the best of luck.

PMP already we got a letter from the institue which one was affliated with the USA university and in the letter they going to mention that upto this year our institue was affliated with this Uni and that uni was registerd with the USA STATE (State Name)

yup in the rejection letter they define these things, i got the letter 4 to 5 days before by post

Hi, thanks for the information. But I have seen in many post where people after being rejected were back to the In Process after they requested to give one more chance for improving the IELTS. I advice you to ask for one more chance to improve your IELTS and I am sure you can get one more chance. all you need is one more point so I am sure they can understand and you have to score 12 in IELTS. Cheers
