Hi bro,

I can understand your pain and anxiety.Waiting for more than 3 years ,spending a lot of money,time and efforts and in the end hearing that disappointing news is just disgusting.But we as muslims should have faith only in Allah whatever he does ,is the betterment of us.
I have read experiences of many applicants who got their cases approved after initial rejection.
One thing you can do is to get evidence about your wife's university that it was accredited with HEC, at the time of her award of degree.May be it could be of any help for you.

Take care and all the best

Dear
i think there is a problem of ur wife's degree if degree is fake and u have claimed the points then it is a serious problem. otherwise it would b ok. would u tell me that ur wife's degree is HEC verified or not?

HI MOHAMMAD
If you can prove that the university existed and closed for valid reasons or was merged with another 3rd level institution,you should be alright. It is not common for universities to disappear from the scene.

HI Ario, thanks for your post, my wife's university was regesterd in USA and 1 years before USA Gov canceld the licence for that university,that university was Working under USA License, The Degree was Attested by USA & UAE (USA)Embassy

@Muhammad
Did your wife graduate before the license was cancelled ? Can you obtain proof of that license from the USA institution? May be the university did not comply with the rules,it is very common here in Europe for Universities diploma to be underwritten by other more prestigious institutions.

Hi

Write a request to re-open your case and tell them at they have made a mistake and you should be getting points for your wife, tell them that university is closed recently in 2009 and your wife has done the graduation in 2005. Its upto the visa officer if they re-open it or not if they dont then you will have to appeal and that could take 1yr to get a result and also about $3000 CAD fee so do your best to re-open the case.

Cheers
Saki

Hi Saki , thanks for your response, lets see what happend can you guide me about appeal

Hi Mohammad
Sad to learn about your case,don't lose hope,try to get advice from as many people as possible.PM some seniors Qorax,PMM etc... There should be a light at the end of the tunnel.you were so close (just one point short of the 67 pts). Re-application could be the best option to get the extra 1 point if the Officer does not re-open the case. Appeals usually take long and cost money CAD3000.
