PLSS HELP! Occupation: HOUSEWIFE, What DATE to put in FROM/TO fields???

In the application form, under details of employment, I'm putting my mother's current occupation as HOUSEWIFE but I'm not sure what to put in the date fields (FROM/TO) ??

She's a housewife since the time she got married (05/1980) but it's asking employment history of only past 10 YEARS...

1. Just put the 05/1980 and present and occupation housewife.

There's no option to put "Present" so leave TO blank?

Also, it's asking for past 10 yrs only so should I put 05/1980 or 07/2004?

Yes, that's correct ..... use common sense.
