Hi everyone,

I'm filling out an online citizenship application (adult) and I'm on the Identification > Photographer information section. The portal asks me to manually type in:

  • Name of photographer or business
  • Full address (country, street, city, province, postal code)
  • Date photo was taken

There's no field or button anywhere on this page to upload a receipt, a scan of the back of the photo, or a text file with the photographer's details - just the typed-in form fields I mentioned above.

I've seen older guides and forum posts describing an "upload receipt or text file" step for the photographer's information, but I don't see anything like that in the current portal —-just these manual entry fields.

Has anyone else run into this recently? Is this the current/normal process now (i.e. typed fields only, no separate upload), or is there a separate upload step elsewhere in the application that I might be missing?

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who's gone through this recently, especially if your application was accepted with just the typed fields and no additional upload.

If they don't ask for it, you don't need it. I did an online renewal and don't recall the receipt being required.
