Please shed some light on my situation...

I have sent my Study Permit Application via regular TCS mail..I didn't know about VISATRONIX and no one at the counter told me either..so I applied on 18 May and I have been sending CHC ISB emails inquiring if they have even received my application or not but no answer...
so...what scenarios can you formulate from this?

Ok..a minute after i started this topic..i receive a reply from CHC ISB..they have my file..phew
