Do I need a visa to travel to USA using Refugee Travel document And i dont Have PR Cart and Can i get the Help online (Electronic Travel Authorization)
or i shod Get Visa to Inter USA
and if I whant to get back to Canada and i have the Qubec paper and the PR paper nat the cart it well help

Dear Jozef3k.

you need a visa in order to enter USA, as matter of fact your travel document is enough to get you back in Canada (in case you've traveled to a country doesn't require a visa, i.e germany)

the problem I don't have the PR and I don't know if I Can be Back to Canada .
this is my situation only the TRAVEL DOCUMENT and I am in Africa there is no Canadian Embassy please if you no any thing that we'll help me please

I don't understand exactly what are you referring to "home country"
Your question about visa to USA and yes you need a visa, are you protected person? If yes you may lose your refugee status if you travelled back to your home country.
PR is not necessary if you have refugee travel document you can return to canada

I am not in my home country I am in my job in africa and I whant to get back to Canada my new love country and I don't have the PR THIS is my problem that why I need to go to USA and some of my family well bring it to me because they told me in the report the ask me for the PR before the plane and I didn't know if it really or no please if u have any info late me no .(in the country of my job there is no Canadian embassy) thank you for helping
