Some consultants say that it is necessary to submit backlog certificate in embassy under sds but some are saying that according to the checklist of embassy backlog certificate is not demanded. I have 6 backlogs in my b.tech so please help me what to do? And I already got offer letter from lambton college.

There’s no other authority than them.
I already checked on cic website but nothing is mention regarding the submit of backlog certificate
