Please Help: Waiting for SINP and file in Restoration.

I applied for SINP as a skilled worker in August 2013.
My work permit expired Feb 2014. I lost track of expiry of my permit and I applied for extension after the expiry.
My file is currently in restoration.
I am off work now.
I havent even received my Nomination.
What should I do?
Please Help me out.
Tried contacting SINP so many times but they are not helpful. :'( :'( :'( :'(

Hi,

I hope you will not get out of status. If your work permit got refused for restoration, you have to leave Canada. I think you can wait till you got the reply from the SINP and apply for Visitors Visa online while you're not out of status yet.
