Hello everyone,
My LMIA has expired and application not finalized yet.
Is it gonna affect my decision of P.R?
AOR- 28th July 2016
175 days since AOR

LMIA expired 4th Jan 2017.

please help me if I need to update something and how to do it.

The LMIA is still valid until a decision is made, it won't have any impact on the decision i believe.
If they decide to give you the PR then you will get it, no matter when you're LMIA expires.

No need to worry about expired LMIA. The only thing is that if you got extra 600 points for LMIA, you should keep the same job/employer until you get the PR.

The expiration date on most LMIAs refers to the last date you can use it to apply for a work permit.

If your LMIA was specifically for PR, then you had to apply for PR before it expired. After you apply, it does not matter.
