PLEASE HELP! No barcodes showing!!

Hi there,
I have been trying everything it says to get the barcodes to appear, I have double checked the info on the forms, I have re-installed adobe reader to the required standard and enabled javascript nothing is working! And I can't proceed with our application until I get this working
PLEASE HELP!!!

I know you said you checked the forms, but are u positive there aren't any red boxes around any of the information? Because even if you're missing a "1" for the country code phone number they won't appear. If no dependents did u correctly remove the dependent section??? Hopefully u figured this out by now since u posted over 1 hour ago. Good luck. Maybe someone else will have better suggestions for u to try. Maybe try doing them in a different browser? I used Google Chrome and Firefox and it worked well for me in both.

What happens when you click on 'validate'?

I was meant to try firefox thanks for reminding me

And when I click Validate the validation message appears that says to print off the document and sign, and place the barcodes on top, I then press OK and scroll to find any barcodes which there aren't none!

I will try the firefox and see what happens, I have tried another computer but same thing so hopefully this will help.

Try to use latest Adobe Reader by default.

Are you using the french form ?
It also happen to us. At first we use the french form and after validating it will say to print the form and sign but it doesn't generate the bar codes. I have tried at least 10 times but still fail to see bar codes so we just use the english form and it works.

I had this same problem on my MacBook Pro. I just ended up using my PC and the form validated with no problems.
