please help.. need to go to india while PR application in process

hi all,

please advise i have my PR(EE) application in process and my family have to go to india now for a important occasion.

can we go now while the application is in process.

we are leaving in Oct and coming back in January to home country.

while travelling we are going via USA.

so please advise what needs to be done here..

i am confused and this a important occasion.

We are travelling via usa. As we are leaving country of residency do we need to inform anything to cic about the travel history.

Do we need to get a new police clearance certificate from home country and submit them.

Please advise

I don't think there is any problem. You don't have to inform CIC. Only if you're staying in US or India more than 6 months in a row you'll need to submit a new PCC else I believe you're good to go. Hope it helps.
