Hi everyone
My study permit was expired last year.. I was to late to re-apply.
Then I get letter from Cbsa they call me in December 2010 for interview they give PRRA form and then i fill it up and send it to cic . It's almost 6 month I didn't get any response from cic.I m so wry about it I don't know what to do .. Plz tell me I m so stress..

1. Well it appears that you were reported as an overstay. You should have got a copy of the removal order. Now you just wait for the results of the PRRA. If there is no evidence why you shouldn't be removed, eventually CBSA will give you are reporting date for removal.

But I don't want to go back I want to continue my studies.is there any other way I can request or re-apply so I can go back to my skool.
