Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I have rechecked my all points and I am sure all are correct except the engineering degree points.
I have bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering from Pakistan and my WES report says that Canadian Equivalency is Bachelor's Degree (four years). But I read through the categories of degrees on below link, I am confused where I fall. I have only one bachelor degree and no master degree. Please advise which category I fall in? The category of 23 points or 22 points or 21 points? Please tell me if you have questions.

Hi @masimshehzad , why cant you seek the help of an Immigration Lawyer/Consultant to check your eligibility and so forth??? I say this so that you can release yourself from unwanted anxiety and confusion. Just my humble thought.

If you would like to file the application yourself, then you MUST do your research. Everything there is to know about the process is out there (Almost all of it is available in this very forum). You have to spend time and try to understand the process.

To get you started, here are a few posts that you should check -->

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/express-entry-step-by-step-instructions.273928/#post-4108507

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/express-entry-in-a-nutshell.394158/

You can go through these links and try to understand what this system is about. Learn how it works.

Also, I have already given you a few links, I'll post them here again anyway.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

Alternatively, you can use the below link to check if you are eligible for Express Entry -->

http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

To calculate your CRS, use the below link -->

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
Here's the CLB--> section-wise score mapping (Googling CLB equivalency gave me this result in 0.73 seconds.) -->

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp

You have to write down what the section-wise scores are for your CLB level and then count it using the table provided in the "6 selection factors" link.

Here's the link that teaches you how to read your ECA report -->

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/eca-conversion.asp

To see what documents you might need later on in the process, check the below links -->

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/ready-reference-steps-to-follow-and-documents-to-arrange-post-ita.455826/

The below thread shows that I will get only 20 points for my bachelor degree.

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/7241-electricians-except-industrial-and-power-system.88011/

So my total points are 63. I need to reach CLB 8 ( 7.5, 6.5, 6.5, 6..5) to just qualify.

If you had seen the link I provided earlier, you would have seen that for a Bachelor's degree, you wiill get 21 points.

Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a program of three years or longer, or equal 21 points

If the tool says you are ineligible, you could be :

1) Ineligible
2)Keying in some wrong data

Please make an effort to review the resources given above and then check again. If you have any queries, feel free to post them.

Good luck and all the very best!
