same po humingi na din kami tulong sa immigration consultant, 9yrs na po kami kasal under article 34, almost lahat ng documents meron nmn na kmi and may baby na din kami, almost all proof of relationship and remitances meron nmn na po kami after ng marriage nmin nung 2016, talagang ung arricle 34 lang po sa marriage certificated ang problema nmin

article 34 po is 5yrs cohabitation which hindi nmn po kami talaga nag cohabitate ng 5yrs nung time na nag pakasal kami nagpagawa po kami article 34 kasi 2weeks before ng flight ko pabalik ng canada wala kami time para makakuha ng marriage license! and nung nag pr ako ng 2014 wala ako dineclare na common law kasi single talaga ako jung time na yun

hi nag decide po kami na ituloy application namin, and recent progress po
-aor
-medical done
-biometric done
-sponsors eligibility done
-application has been transfered to manila vo
-february in person interview

we have been fully transparent po in regards sa naging situation namin but now na nalipat na po sa manila vo yung application pinatawag po yung asawa ko for in person interview and they are requesting updated proof of relationship and pati po yung baby namin pinapasama sa interview

Hi po. Im in the same situation po. I dont know what to do. My husband has an interview on january. 2weeks lang po vacation ko last may when we got married so we acquired po yung affidavit of cohabitation although di po tlaga kmi ng live in 5years. But we did po just lesser lang yung years. We migrated here in canada po last May 2018 dependent po ako ng mom ko. then umiwi po ako ng pinas para magpakasal ng may 2019. Help po. Ano po dapat gawin namen? Thank u.
