Please help about masters in Canadian universities

I have pursued bachelors in commerce with 70% aggregate. I scored a 7.5 in IELTS, also, I am going to write Gre soon. Plus, this year I enrolled in to a regular M.Com. program as well. My question is if I want to pursue masters in Finance or an MBA perhaps from Canadian university then will I be eligible? As someone told me that one has to complete the M.Com. degree, but it seems I cannot invest another year. Meanwhile I am also working as a financial advisor. I am aspiring for a September intake in 2017... Please help with possible suggestions.

Your question doesn't make sense. Why would an IEC centre be registered to a Canadian univerity?
