Hey,

Is it a good plan to process PR in india and meanwhile go and study in Canada. Will that help in anyway? :O Will it be more beneficial?
 
I dont think you should apply for PR before applying for Study permit, If you want to have a study permit, VO needs to ensure that you would return back to your home country after the course is completed.
