Where can I get the 2” x 2 3/4” photos done in the US? Most places here only seem to do the standard US passport size of 2x2. I can’t just do it myself, right?

see if any store has manual photo cutter.. they can cut in desired size.
CVS/ Walgreen would have standard machine cutters.
