Photo request for PR card: PLEASE HELP

Hi All,

I have sent my photo to the below address through DHL.

Case Processing Center - Permanent Resident Card
PO Box 4500 - PRC Mailroom
Sydney Nova Scotia
B1P 6L1

Now the status shown is
Delivery arranged no details expected ONTARIO SERVICE AREA, ON - CANADA

Am not sure it is delivered or not

• Is there any email id to which I can sent mail and confirm they have received my photo ?
• Any one else had similar experience with DHL ?

I got photo request on 25 april, 2018 but i could not check the mail for some reasons and missed the deadline. what should I do now ? do i have to pay for the new application. I landed here in toronto on 10th march 2018. Please advice
