Hi! I'm PhD in economics (Ukraine). Is it possible to prove the diploma in Canada? What is the procedure? Thanks!

Have the documents sent to your address. You send those along with your application and other respective documents. Make sure you're transcripts are in an institutionally sealed envelope.
 
you might need to get your certificate "evaluated" for Ontario

I'm not sure what the process is for graduate school, but pretty much every undergraduate institution requires your educational documents to be sent directly from the issuing school, i.e. you are not supposed to send them in yourself with your application (even if the envelope is sealed).
