No I don’t have. I came on work permit from India working as project manager in construction company

Try WES first and then ICAS. Not sure your points will be high enough with Canadian education but will not know until the draws happen.

My company will apply for Oinp. In educational requirements they need one year post secondary diploma . i don’t know what Wes will assess for three year diploma from Punjab state board of technical education .
That’s the main point all others are okkk

So just apply and find out. Don't waste time. OINP is based on points so you either have points for education or not.
