I am really sad to let you know that CAP of 3131 was reached on 15 March 2011. ( Go to page number 26 of this thread) You will find all it. So , your crook agent cheated you. Except if you have AEO then n then CIO accepted it.

So ...check once again from your crook agent with all details . Try to find when ur application reached there.

mayank, thank you so much for the immediate responce.. yes it was unfair to my part because they didn't inform me about the mode of payment.. but i would like to ask if i was able to get in cap last march 2011.. im just new to this thread and please do help me.. i am going to call my agency tomorrow about when will my application reach cio after sending it by fedex..

Thank you so much casayed for the information. i already call my agent and they told me that my application was sent back because i was not able to be included in the cap last march. i am hoping to polish my requirements and send it back next week.. i will keep on posting to your forum regard my application update..thank you for the help. thanks for response,can you also tell me in how many days you got your draft back, since its quite long time that has been elapsed since my my bhabhi's application's rejction. we are afraid may be the postal service might have caused some kind of problem.as Pakistani postal service is very poor.

i'm not so sure about the time limit, but it was not more than,, application received on 21 Jan'2011 and we got our draft in April,, i guess,.

Hi Meh,

Wish you good Luck for your PP with VISA.

Normally ND VO takes avg. of 45 - 60 days to issue VISA.

Can you please share ur application details. When u applied ?

be patient, give them some time. I think it will be a month before we get any updates from them...

i am london visa office and i am still recieved by visa ofice since April 15th and still no change in the e cas neither the status disappeared nor the adresse what do you all sugest ?

and i contacted the immigration consultant and he is keeping telling me to be patient what should i do ? shall i send an enquiry to london visa office ? my mailing adresse is in canada and i am afraid they may have sent a mail and something happened in the last post stroke in canada Please advise Me
