Hello all ,
I am in a very tight situation i studied one year program in canada ( ontario) and then applied for one year pgwp i received my work permit from 21 feb 2020 untill 21 feb 2021, exact one year, and i was successful finding Noc B job in march
My contract started march 09 2020, and is untill march 09 2021, my employer is ready to make me permanent
But i am afraid my permit expires before my contract, can i go for BOWP
After completing one year canadian experience i am eligible for EXpress entry as well with score 471 under CEC class. But i am scared my permit expires before what should i doo??
Please advice
Can i fo for PNP programe ?
I need real help

You can only apply for a BOWP after you've submitted an application for PR.

Since you won't be able to do that in time you will either need to find a PNP stream or ask your current employer to apply for an LMIA and sponsor you for a closed work permit to continue working.

LMIA is quite a difficult task, is any PNP stream open? Which i can apply to and can continue stay in canada
