PGWP with an active Peace Bond

Hi,

Have someone applied to a PGWP with an active Peace bond?

I've been charged with simple assault by one of my " friends", he lied in the complaint so I got a Peace bond, but I'm not sure how to answer the question in the form about have been arrested or charged in any country, but my fear is: Can I get my PGWP denied due to this???

Is it still active or expired? If active, it could have an impact. Assume you have a lawyer advising you.

It just got issued, I've got a lawyer but he was only behind my money, he doesn't even answer me anymore.

I'm just afraid they denied my permit and I will be send back to my country due to that.

Hi did you received any update on your pgwp application. Actually I have been going through same I was charged because of a lie and then I got peacebond. Now I have to apply for my pgwp with an active peacebond so I am not sure whether I should mention that peacebond happened as it's not a conviction. And also did anyone faced the similar situation and what the outcome
