In the document checklist are two boxes to be selected:
a final transcript and,
a letter from the institution and/or formal notice of graduation

I put a check mark on the last one, as I have my program completion letter, but I am not sure what to do about the first one. I have requested my transcript but as my degree wasn't conferred yet, it is probably not my FINAL transcript.

So just want to make sure, I am not supposed to put a check mark that I am including the final transcript, because I don't have it, right?
As I will be sending my current, official transcript, do I still need to write the letter explaining why I am not giving them the final one?
Will a letter from me be enough, or I have to chase someone from the University to do that?

In my completion letter states that the conferral will be in February when my degree will be official.
