Hello,

I sent my paper PGWP application - extension to Jasper Ave, Edmonton on Feb 12, and when I called IRCC, they said, "We have not received anything," and they are telling me to re-send (mail) the docs again. Any experience?
Hi, did you end up also adding photos of yourself in the paper application, or that was not needed? Thanks!

I'm seeking clarification on which address to use for submitting my PGWP extension application. The official IRCC website directs applications to:

Address 1:
Case Processing Centre in Edmonton
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
c/o Student work permits/Same employer, Station 202
9700 Jasper Avenue NW, Suite 55
Edmonton, AB T5J 4C3

However, I've come across discussions where applicants reported difficulties linking their applications to their online accounts when sent to this address. Some mentioned that IRCC officers advised resending their applications to:
Address 2:
Case Processing Centre - Edmonton
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
TL/CSU - Station 009
55 - 9700 Jasper Avenue NW
Edmonton, AB T5J 4C3

Has anyone successfully linked their application after sending it to Address 1? Would it be more advisable to use Address 2 instead? Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I sent my PGWP application to Address 1, which is the one mentioned on the official website:

I contacted IRCC, and they said they hadn’t received my application. They then provided me with the second address, so I resent my application there. However, I’m still unable to link my application to my online account.
I would say use Address 1, as it’s the one officially listed on the website. If the application isn’t received or goes missing, then IRCC may suggest sending it to Address 2.

Guy, Im freaking out now. PGWP applied on paper on May 13th 2025 sent the post to the mentioned address on official website by Canada post. I tried to contact IRCC by phone today ( june 10 ) and they say, they don't have an application and are asking me to send again to a different address. What to do ?? did anyone face this?? help me pls

i called them today and they said same to me , i also submitted on 11th may
I just talked to two other people. They advised me to wait cause the package would be still in mail room waiting for a officer to open. I'm gonna call them again after a month to see what's up
